5 Minutes for a Happy Day

If you are a busy person and you don’t have time to meditate.Try this !5 minutes of meditation actually can bring quick stress relief .
You don’t  know how to meditate? The simplest method is to focus on your breathing (inspiration, expiration). Slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, relax as you exhale.
Keep your focus and attention on your breath, when a thought arises, observe the air enters through the nostrils and out through your mouth. It helps you to improve your focus and practice mindfulness.You will notice that after a short per
iod of practicing will apear many changes in your body and mind.

When can you do this? You can meditate anytime, anywhere and for however long you wish. It’s important to be in a place where tranquility and nothing and nobody can bother. How to practice? Finding a comfortable seat and turning off all electronic devices (few minutes to turn off your phone, Ipad, TV or computer) Sitting in an upright position,this could be in a chair, on the carpet or yoga mat. Whatever you choose make sure you feel comfortable and just breathe. You will find a rhythm that works for you .Your eyes are closed and spine straight.

Try this meditation regularly and you should feel less stressed overall.
